GROWING PAINS!

  • It is very important that sizes are indicated on your order. Too frequently, an order comes in without sizes and email messages bounce. We have no choice but to hold onto the order until contacted again.
  • Watch for the email notification of the creation of the online shipping label. Usually, if no label has been printed, the order hasn't shipped yet. HOWEVER, about one shipping notification in twenty BOUNCES because the buyer has a full mailbox, has changed email address, has filtering on, and so on. Obviously, you can't receive the shipping notification if messages can't get through.
  • Email messages are welcome. Do not let this alarm or annoy you, but some messages for order status alone may go unanswered. The lack of a personal reply to a message does NOT mean that your message is ignored. If you feel you need to communicate, SEND ONE MESSAGE PER DAY. We view and digest EVERY message. On a RARE occassion, an order is completely overlooked and a message from the buyer will alert us to our oversight. So, please,DO NOT AVOID sending a reminder message.
  • If there is a deadline, like a birthday or a trip, that was not indicated in your original order, PLEASE send an email message, AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, listing the DATE and put the word, "DEADLINE", in the subject line WITH A DATE REQUIRED!
  • If you can't wait, simply cancel the order. Put the word "CANCEL" in the subject line of a message. Your order will be refunded with an understanding smile.

  • To inquire about an online order, send NO MORE THAN ONE MESSAGE PER DAY. Include the invoice number in the subject line. Also, include the last name associated with the order and the approximate date ordered. Also, PLEASE send the message from the email address originally used, or indicate the original email address in the message. A brief description of the merchandise may help because orders are sorted by category.
  • To inquire about a mailorder or telephone order, send NO MORE THAN ONE MESSAGE PER DAY. Include the last name and approximate date mailed. A brief description of the merchandise will help since orders are sorted into categories.
